Dan is a student of fitness. Just as the athlete should be learning something new everyday from him, Dan feels he should also be learning something new, whether it be from the athletes he’s training or from books, blogs, classes or seminars. His constant thirst for knowledge about fitness, nutrition and personal growth is what makes Dan the attentive and passionate coach he is. He started lifting weights at 15 years old. He started skiing at 10. He also enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing. Dan moved to Breckenridge from NYC in 2002, where he lives with his wife, two children and two dogs.
