Sarka has always been a big fan of active lifestyle. Snowboarding, biking, hiking, tennis, rugby and finally CrossFit have played a big role in her athletic and active life. She started CrossFit in 2015 as part of her struggle to lose weight and develop fitness. It became a favorite part of her day. Within a year she participated in her first CrossFit competition, lost weight and developed her weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance capabilities.
She started coaching at CrossFit gyms in New York City in 2018. She works with her classes and individual clients on the development of good body movement patterns, performance, strength and overall fitness. She enjoys leading from the front, mentoring and putting in the work to achieve the goals she or her clients are set up to do. She spends time with her dog, Luna discovering the possibilities of this life.
